Complete the form below to submit your event for review to be placed on www.EVRO.org/Events

Guidelines

  • Events must take place within EVRO Village and be geared towards commerce, visitors, or community members to be considered.

  • Events must be open to the public, able to be attended by anyone, and may not be restrictive of any group or individuals.

  • Keep event descriptions between 30–50 words.

  • Submit your event at least two weeks before the event date.

  • Most submissions are reviewed and approved within 72 hours.

  • Submissions may be edited for clarity, grammar, or accuracy before publishing.

  • We do not list events such as:

    • Networking & membership-only events

    • Open houses

    • Real estate functions

    • Overtly commercial

    • Fundraisers and charity functions
